Dar Ora Atelier is committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and with the highest level of care.
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information where available.
Delivery Within Egypt
We currently deliver throughout Egypt.
Estimated delivery times:
* Greater Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
* Alexandria: 2–4 business days
* Delta Governorates: 2–5 business days
* Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions and courier operations.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently being developed and will be available soon.
As we expand, Dar Ora Atelier will offer delivery to selected international destinations. Updates will be announced on our website and social media channels.
Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:
* Delivery location
* Order value
* Weight and size of the parcel
* Selected delivery service
From time to time, complimentary shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.
Order Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking details once an order has been dispatched.
You may also contact our Customer Care team if you require an update on your delivery.
Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
* Incorrect address
* Recipient unavailable
* Failure to respond to courier communications
the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Dar Ora Atelier.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Dar Ora Atelier cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, retain:
* The original packaging
* Photographs of the parcel
* Photographs of the affected products
This helps us investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
